Rest of the World?
Our farm and company started in Madagascar and South Africa after World War II, and later after the cold war migrated to a few new farms and fields, and established warehouses and grow-ops in some of the frontiers of soil and toil for the pink peppercorn.
Today we are the premiere place online and onground to find pink peppercorns and where you can buy pink peppercorns (“Madagascar Pepper, Christmas Tree Berry, Baie Rose, and Brazillian Pepper”) bulk and wholesale. We have by far the best quality and prices in the world. This is all we do, everywhere it grows.
PPP (P to the 3rd power) are pink peppercorn suppliers where you can buy all of the origins, grades (though our default, the top top of the crop Grade AA, is already put at great prices,) and custom packaging and packing direct or at our stockhouses in the Americas, Africa, and Asia. With decades of family experience in South Africa, Madagascar, and the Americas, PPP specializes in custom triage and picking and packing or the pink peppercorn, Shinus Terebenthifolius is the menu du millennium (but the Peruvian Species is also available.) You can buy your pink peppercorns organic and even “origin-ic” (choose single origins) from us, custom and curated.
As direct exporters, suppliers, and growers of the pink peppercorn, and likely the world’s top experts in breeding the plants, we know the spice from every angle and subtle flavor note, every flicker in price and currency exchange and local tariff and tax at the origins, and can give you adept forecasts about world supply/demand, as well as recipe and use advice.
As pink peppercorns direct producers and exporters, we sell pink peppercorns mainly in wholesale and bulk quantities, to consumers/end users and businesses/restaurants…but we can customize.
Our default specification is below, and unless you request a custom triage, which will be more expensive yet possible, you will get this every time:

Where to find pink peppercorns:
The pink peppers (the baie rose) that feature on those plants proliferate in tropical rainforest and foothills, even in the center of cities in the same latitudes and climates. Locals in these nations almost never buy pink peppercorns themselves for cuisine, with the exception of highend restaurant chefs, and most stocks are thus happily exported by pink peppercorns suppliers. The baie rose featuring in global high cuisine is usually of the Shinus Terebenthifolius plant, and whole pink peppercorns you buy online are the end product that have come from farm (or, often from forest or field in fact) to table.
Pink Peppercorns – Buy Organic from the Source
Pink peppercorn farms are often no more than informal fields or tree lines, as the trees grow easily and can be planted with ease in tropical regions. Triage is done to separate the grade 1 from the grade 2 corns, and pink peppercorns direct exporters like us carefully and cleanly must triage the individual kernels out by hand to make sure all of them are red and few or no are cracked.
Pink peppercorns direct suppliers like us have to manage local sorters and pickers to painstakingly choose the best baie rose from the detritus that make up the rest of the haul. Pink peppercorn direct producers have to constantly worry about pests, local water, transport to faraway capitals, and export stings on the prices of papers and taxes foor administrative formalities, and exchange rates. We are weekly discussing each of these in Madagascar, in Brazil, in Afghanistan, in middle Myanmar, and especially in Angola (where the currency is in horrid flux.)
Pink peppercorns direct producers benefit from being vertically integrated from top to bottom, and not just stuck with the farm offer price as is the plight of pink peppercorns exporters, who collect from field and have to bargain. Pink peppercorns then generally track world wholesale prices against Latin America and Africa indexes, and pink peppercorns bulk shipments around the world by LCL, FCL, and air cargo still end up on their invoice sets mirroring the main index prices, and tag to these global market rates for the spice quite closely.
